TEN: a 3-hour art show & sale

TEN is a 3-hour art show & sale on 10/10/24 from 5 to 8 pm. 10 artists, each with 10 artworks, all 10 x 10, selling for the same price, $210. 10% of each sale benefits the Bangor Public Library & Briar Patch. All artists are responding to a book, a poem, literature they've been moved by. All local artists whose work normally sells for more, some much more, making their work available to all while benefitting our local literary support, the library and our bookstore. Jean Deighan, June Grey, David Haskins, JoAnne Houlsen, Annaliese Jakimides, Deborah Jellison, John LeBlanc, Linda Packard, Kristbjorg Whitney, Diana Young. Thirteen years ago, its first and only previous incarnation, almost all 100 artworks sold in the 3 hours. Refreshments, music, community, fun! Doors open at 5 pm!
