The Bride, or Does This Dress Make Me Look Married?
Bangor audiences know and love Denise Fennell as “Sister” in her popular series “Late Nite Catechism”. Denise returns to the Gracie with her one-woman comedy play, The Bride, Or: Does This Dress Make Me Look Married? Though there aren't any nuns in this production, Fennell can't help but imbue her story with clear nods to her Irish-Italian Catholic roots. Drawing inspiration from Fennell's own life, this bride of a certain age will have you howling with laughter and touch your heart, as she begins to question the meaning of love, life and the ritual of marriage.
