H.O.M.E. Empty Bowls Fundraiser

Empty Bowls Fundraiser Thursday, July 10th 4:30pm to 6:30pm 90 School House Rd, Orland H.O.M.E. is delighted to host an Empty Bowls Event showcasing handmade bowls crafted by H.O.M.E. and local potters. Empty Bowls is a grassroots initiative by artists and artisans worldwide to raise funds to support and feed the hungry in their communities. Our Empty Bowls Fundraiser offers attendees a unique opportunity to receive a handmade bowl from H.O.M.E.'s Pottery Studio while enjoying a delightful meal of soup, salad, and bread, with a suggested donation of $20. Live music! Bread has been generously donated by Scott Rowley. Free ice cream with Darling’s Ice Cream truck. All proceeds benefit H.O.M.E.’s Food Pantry. The event will take place in the parking lot the H.O.M.E. Food Pantry with parking available across the street at the Gift Shop. Visitors are encouraged to explore the Gift Shop and discover the exceptional creations by our talented crafters. As we progress through the summer season, it is crucial to remember that not all of our neighbors have the means to fill their plates and bowls with food.
